The Sailors Union of India SUI-BMS Submitted some important documents to the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) today...19/04/2024. We had a long Meeting with the DGS officials with different topics and seafarers issues including, death and disability Compansation for Seafarers/ family, On-board Missing Seafarers, and several policy matters in the Indian Maritime Sector. In the meeting Shri Shyam Jagannathan I.A.S, the Director General of Shipping, Shri. Arusdas OS. Jt. General Secretary, SUI, Capt.Nitin Mukesh, DDG ( Crew) and Shri. RP Veettil, President, SUI were present.
